Have you read my info article series about original frontier buckskin clothing and how I make mine?
If ordering buckskin clothing or rifle cases also send appropriate section(s) of my Measurements Form .

About Eastern Men's Leggings:  Men's leggings were about mid-thigh in height, and held up by long ties attached to a waist belt (the same belt used for your breechclout).  Strips of buckskin, or some other form of leg ties, were wrapped and tied just above the calves to help keep leggings from pulling down on the waist belt when bending and working.  Leggings are priced according to "Combined Inches.

Men's Eastern
			Center Seam Leggings

If you order leggings of Commercial Tanned buckskin, we take about an hour per hide to pre-stretch the buckskin before making the leggings.   Indian Tanned buckskin is already pre-stretched during tanning.

Like the originals, our leggings are hand sewn down sides with authentic stitching.  Long thongs are added to tie to a waist belt of your choice (not included).

Center seam leggings were preferred mainly by Native Americans in the southeast and great lakes, but also worn by some Iroquois, longhunters and frontier settlers venturing into the forest or frontier.

Note:  Sample buckskin colors may vary slightly depending on your browser.  But then, colors vary slightly anyway between batches of buckskin during the smoking or dyeing processes.
