About Women s Leggings:  Women s leggings reach from just below the ankle up to a couple inches above the knees.  They are held on by strips of buckskin, or other such leg ties, wrapped and tied just below the knee caps.  Leggings are priced according to "Combined Inches".  That is, add  1. the distance from the floor to the center of the knee cap to  2. the distance around the heaviest part of the calf.

Women's Southern & S.Central Plains Buckskin Leggings

Women's western leggings reach from just below the ankle up to just above the knee caps.  They are held on by wrapping and tying leg ties around the leg just above the calves.

Like the originals, the upper 1/3 of the side seam on our women's southern and south-central plains leggings are hand sewn.  The lower 2/3 of the seam are thonged every couple inches.

Note:  Sample buckskin colors may vary slightly depending on your browser.  But then, colors vary slightly anyway between batches of buckskin during the smoking or dyeing processes.
