Our shirt was patterned from descriptions in missionaries' journals. The first notation found was from mid-Colonial period (early 1700's), leading us to believe it was an Indian adaptation of Euro-style clothes. About mid-thigh in length, hand sewn on all seams with small, authentic stitches, but only to the hip on sides to allow movement when working, running, etc. |
| Note: Sample buckskin colors may vary slightly depending on your browser. But then, colors vary slightly anyway between batches of buckskin during the smoking or dyeing processes. | |||||
